​READ FIRST!  ​ APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF THE $35 APPLICATION FEE IS NOT PAID!  In other words, there is no need to submit an application if the $35 application fee is not paid at the same time.  IN OTHER WORDS, THERE IS NO NEED TO FILL OUT THE APPLICATION IF YOU DON'T PAY THE FEE AT THE SAME TIME.

Each person living in the unit over the age of 18 will need to fill out an application.

Background check is $35 per person.
