READ FIRST!  ​River City Rentals will not rent to applicants who have a pending or convicted felony charge within the past
10 years, nor to applicants who have been evicted within the past 10 years. Applicants who have felony charges or evictions prior to
​10 years will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 

Each person living in the unit over the age of 18 will need to fill out an application.

Background check is $25 per person.
